DESCRIPTION:

It is not easy to be a youth sports parent these days, with the costs, the pressure and commitment required just for your children to participate. John O'Sullivan, Founder of Changing the Game Project, will be sharing some of his best tips and research to help your children have a great sports experience. He will discuss the myths that drive what he calls the "race to nowhere" in sports, and how you can best support your children to excel on the field, develop character, and find joy in their sporting experiences so it can be a positive, life changing experience for all involved.
